Rental contracts
In the interests of all parties involved, we recommend that you request a rental contract, which includes a description of the accommodation and a definition of the booking conditions (prices, cancellation policy, arrival and departure times, etc.).
What is the difference between a deposit and an advance payment?
A deposit gives you the option to change your mind and cancel your booking within the agreed period. In this case, you are not obliged to pay the full amount of your commitment, but the lessor will retain the deposit.
An advance payment is a firm commitment on your part, so you must pay the full amount of your booking if you cancel.

The Tourist Office of Cavalaire supports the initiative of the Secretary of State for Tourism to classify furnished accommodation In the interest of quality, we encourage owners of furnished accommodation to take part in the classification process, which guarantees the level of comfort offered by the accommodation The stars, which range from 1 to 5, are awarded by decree for a period of 5 years.
